New photos of the upcoming Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge have leaked which show the back and front of the respective devices. These are actual in the wild photos of the devices. The Galaxy S7 photo shows the back of the device, which looks very similar to the S6 design, but with a more flushed camera. The first photo was posted by ReviewDao.vn.

It matches up very well the leaked photo by Evan Blass, similar rounded back like the Galaxy S6 and what looks like proper black back.

The nex t photo, posted by Weibo user JKwan, shows the front of the Galaxy S7 Edge. It's running AnTuTu benchmark app that shows a score of 134704. Yes, we know, it sounds unbelievable.

You can clearly see the edge of the screen. Both Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be revealed on February 21, right before MWC 2016

Update 07/Feb/2016: The Samsung Galaxy S7 & Galaxy S7 Edge announcement is only a few weeks away, and we're still getting new leaks almost every day. Nobody is going to be awed when Samsung announces the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge on February 21. All of the specs and even the design have alread y been leaked.

The Galaxy S7 will look very similar to the Galaxy S6, but there will only be two models this year, the S7 and the S7 Edge.

Recently, a leaked presentation slide revealed the specs that we already knew. The Galaxy S7 will feature a 5.1 inch 1440p display, a 12 megapixel BRITECELL camera, 4GB of RAM and either the Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890. It will be running Android 6.0.1 out of the box.

The Galaxy S7 models coming to the United States will most likely feature the Snapdragon 820 processor. And even this has been confirmed thanks to the FCC.

The FCC recently cleared the S7 and S7 Edge for Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile. The Galaxy S7 carries the model number SM-G930 and the S7 Edge is called the SM-935. The AT&T version will carry the model number SM-G930A, the Verizon version will be SM-G930V, the Sprint version will be SM-G930S and SM-G930T for T-mobile.

There's also a US Cellular version carrying the model number SM-G930R4. The same prefixes are applicable for the Galaxy S7 Edge SM-G935. The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge also support LTE Advanced bands, as show in the FCC filings.

A GeekBench test of the T-Mobile version of the Galaxy S7 showed that the device featured the Snapdragon 820 processor and scored really well.

Despite the good scores, the Canadian version of Galaxy S7, which uses the Exynos 8890 processor, fared better in the Geekbench 3 Multicore results. In single core performance, the Snapdragon 820 is better, but in Multicore performance, which is what Android uses, the Exynos 8890 is in the lead.

Once again, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be out on February 21.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 and the S7 Edge will be the only two flagship devices launched by Samsung this year, and here's what the Galaxy S7 design looks like.

After several reports, leaks and rumors, we finally have the official press renders of the S7 and S7 Edge. And by the looks of it, there aren't going to be any substantial changes in design. The new smartphones will look like the Galaxy S6.

This year, though, Samsung will launch only two variants of the S7. There were rumors that Samsung might go the Apple way and choose to release only two major flagships. Last year, the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge had the same screen size, but there was an S6 Edge Plus with a larger display.

In 2016, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will have diffe rent screen sizes and slightly different specs. Thanks to @evleaks, who has leaked several other smartphones and whose leaks are always accurate, we now know about the new Galaxy S7 design. Also, this year, the S7 and S7 Edge will have microSD slots, which was omitted in last year's S6 models.

The devices will also be IP67 certified, which means they'll be dust and water-resistant, but not completely.

Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Specs

The Galaxy S7 will have a 5.1 inch 1440 x 2560 quad HD display with Super AMOLED technology. The device will have a flat screen with slightly curved edges, unlike the S7 Edge. It will feature an always on display, which is new this year, and helps users to glance at content without having to press any button or tap on the screen. It's supposed to use very less battery as well.

With the Galaxy S7 Edge, you can expect a slightly larger curved 5.5-inch display with the same resolution and tech as the S7. The edges would be curved for Samsungs edge feature that displays useful information to users.

It has also been reported that Samsung might incorporate something known as ClearForce, something very similar to Apple's 3D Touch display. Oh, Samsung, when will you stop copying Apple?

Both the devices will use Samsung's very own Exynos 8 Octa 8890 processors, with 4 powerful 2.3GHz cores and 4 1.6GHz efficient cores. It would also feature Category 9 LTE bands for super fast internet connectivity . The North American version of Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will feature Snapdragon 820 chipsets, according to a report.

In terms of RAM, both the S7 and S7 Edge will have 4GB of it and two storage options; 32GB and 64GB.

The camera on the S7 will be a downgrade in terms of megapixels, but will have a better aperture, which means it should perform better than the S6. The S7 and S7 Edge are said to feature 12 megapixels with f/1.7 aperture, compared to 16 megapixels and f/1.9 on the S6. The front camera will be the same as last years, rated at 5 megapixels.

No removable batteries this year as well. Samsung angered a lot of fans when they made the battery on the S6 of the non-removable type. The company will do the same with the S7, but has upped the capacity. The S7 will have a 3000mAh battery whereas the larger S7 Edge will have a 3600mAh battery. Both the handsets will continue to be Wireless charging compatible.

Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge Release Date

According to most reports, Samsung is said to announce the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge before the 2016 Mobile World Congress. It is most likely that the devices will be launched on February 21st and will hit shelves sometime in mid-March.

The Galaxy S7 release date has been confirmed thanks to a new leak by Evan Blass aka @evleaks. The journalist has leaked the invites that Samsung was supposed to give out to the press and media.

As you can see from the invite, it's another one of those Samsung Unboxed events, where the company takes wraps off their latest flagship smartphones. The number 7 is formed at the edges of the slightly opened box.

Once again, the Galaxy S7 and the S7 Edge will be announced on February 21. The event is three w eeks from now and just a day before MWC 2016 kicks off. Samsung really wants to make an impression and wants all eyes on their new devices.

The Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will be available in Black, White and Gold color variants. The leaked renders already show the Black and Gold color options. What do you think of the Galaxy S7 design? Should Samsung have changed things a bit?

Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge Rumors, Specs, Price and Features;

A newly leaked certificate from Indonesia seems to unravel some additional information about the new models, such as SM-G930FD and SM-G935FD. This new leak from AnTuTu is inline with the G930 family moniker which in a way seems to be directing us to new devices, as the S6 was powered by G920.

GsmArena points out:

"Moving on to the next digit, we can't help but notice that the flat screen S6 and curved S6 edge use the G920 and G925 numbers, respectively, so the aforementioned certification looks to pertain to the pair of allegedly smaller Galaxy S7 models. As for the trailing letters, the "F" most-likely indicates and Exynos chipset, just like the "A" most-likely means a Snapdragon 820 AT&T version. Last, but definitely not least, the FD abbreviation can also be traced to the Galaxy S6 and the SM-G920FD in particular. It is the dual SIM, Exynos version of the handset, designed for Pakistan and the Philippines. If this all adds up the way we think, this means that both the S7 and S7 edge should have a dual Sim alternative on said markets and perhaps in other places as well."

Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge Leaks, Specs and features

A new 'Samsung Galaxy S7 leak' shows an alleg ed front panel of the device with some subtle design changes to the Home button.

Several recent rumors about the Galaxy S7 have suggested that the device will come in two sizes and that it would look similar to the current Galaxy S6.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge will feature a similar design as the current S6 and S6 Edge. However, the new leak shows some slight difference, specially in the front panel.

The latest Galaxy S7 leak shows us what's apparently the front panel of the upcoming smartphone. It's only the display cover that protects the touchscreen, but it does reveal a slightly new design.

The home button on the alleged front cover is slightly bigger than the current home button on the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge.

Also, the proximity and other sensors on the top of the screen are to the right, whereas it is on the left side on the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. We cannot gather any other changes other than those two.

The Samsung Galaxy Note7 (S820) Review

This year has been difficult for smartphones, which is a bit of a paradox when you consider just how much better things have gotten compared to last year. With Snapdragon 820, 650, 652, and 625 we've finally moved past the shadow of the Snapdragon 810, 808, and 617/615. While there were Android devices that shipped with the Exynos 7420, they were often paired with a modem that was not necessarily the most power efficient. Despite all of this, there seems to be a general disappointment with smartphones. People are increasingly finding it hard to justify phones like the HTC 10 or Galaxy S7 with competition from OnePlus, Xiaomi, and even Apple with their iPhone SE. In this context the Galaxy Note7 brings much of the flavor of the Galaxy S7 edge, but blends it with the S-Pen of the Note line and a few new features like the iris scanner. If you were paying attention to the industry with the launch of the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note5, it's very much more of the same rather than the m

Why do Android fanboys hate admitting that Samsung copied Apple?

It's impossible to cover the mobile market without diving into the good ol' "iOS vs. Android" debate from time to time. These are the two biggest mobile platforms on the planet, so they're constantly being compared. Likewise, Samsung and Apple are the world's top two smartphone vendors, so their phones are constantly pitted against each other as well. Of course, there's another reason Apple and Samsung are often mentioned in the same breath: after entering the market, Samsung quickly grew to become the top mobile device maker on the planet thanks in large part to Apple. First, Samsung did everything it possibly could to copy Apple's iPhone and iPad. Then, it spent billions upon billions of dollars belittling Apple products in TV, online, and print advertising. Samsung spent years positioning its own devices as the cool alternative to Apple's iPhone, and its efforts paid off big time. Even now, Samsung continues to copy Apple all the time acro
